Therapies & techniques

Focused techniques to support your recovery.

Explore complementary physiotherapy techniques selected according to your condition and treatment goals.

Matrix Rhythm Therapy

Matrix Rhythm Therapy

Matrix Rhythm Therapy (MaRhyThe) is a non-invasive physiotherapy technique that uses rhythmic mechanical vibrations to stimulate muscles and soft tissues.

It is intended to reduce muscle tension and pain, improve circulation and tissue mobility, and support recovery from musculoskeletal problems and sports injuries.

Although some studies suggest benefits for pain relief and mobility, the overall scientific evidence is still limited, so it is generally considered a complementary therapy rather than a replacement for conventional physiotherapy.

Exercise Therapy

Exercise Therapy

Exercise therapy is a form of physiotherapy that uses planned and specific physical exercises to improve strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and overall physical function.

It is commonly used for rehabilitation after injury, surgery, or illness and can help reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent further problems.

Exercises are selected and progressed according to the individual’s condition and functional goals.

Electrotherapy

Electrotherapy

Electrotherapy is a physiotherapy treatment that uses controlled electrical currents to stimulate nerves and muscles.

It is commonly used to help reduce pain, relieve muscle spasms, improve muscle strength, and promote tissue healing.

Different forms of electrotherapy, such as IFT, TENS, NMES, RUSSIAN CURRENT and interferential therapy, are selected according to the patient’s condition and treatment goals.

Kinesio Taping

Kinesio Taping

Kinesio taping is a therapeutic technique that uses a flexible, elastic adhesive tape applied to the skin to support muscles and joints without restricting movement.

It may help reduce pain and swelling, improve proprioception, and provide support during physical activity or rehabilitation.

The tape is applied in specific patterns depending on the patient’s condition and treatment goals.

Ultrasound Therapy

Ultrasound Therapy

Ultrasound therapy is a physiotherapy treatment that uses high-frequency sound waves to produce mechanical and thermal effects in deeper tissues.

It is commonly used to help reduce pain, improve tissue flexibility, and support the healing of soft-tissue injuries.

The ultrasound head is moved over the affected area using a coupling gel, with treatment settings adjusted according to the patient’s condition.

Traction Therapy

Traction Therapy

Traction therapy is a physiotherapy technique that applies a gentle pulling force to the spine or joints to reduce pressure on affected structures.

It may help relieve pain, reduce muscle spasm, improve joint mobility, and decrease pressure on spinal nerves.

Traction can be applied manually or with a mechanical device, depending on the patient’s condition and treatment needs.
